Our favorite thing to do is to problem solve. There are many ways to solve a problem - and we love finding the solution that will suit your budget and project. We have a range of tools at our disposal: CNC routers, polystyrene hot wire cutters and laser cutters. We cut polystyrene, wood, aluminum, perspex, plastics, polyurethane and tooling board. Whatever your project, we are always willing to try new things and materials: The bigger the problem, the more the fun.

Through these mediums, we can make anything your design or imagination calls for: props, signage, cornicing, architectural structures, moldings, columns, facades, large scale scenic builds and theatre sets. We also love taking on small projects, like cake dummies and packaging for clients who need to protect their products. All jobs are welcome, from the home crafter to the corporate creative.

Hotwired is a one-stop creative solutions service that has been in business for over 20 years. What began as a leap of faith with one hotwire cutting machine in a small workshop, has grown into a respected, niche company that provides innovative solutions for some of the biggest names in retail, film, architecture, design and theatre.
